Well behaved dogs are very welcome! We have dog treats and water bowls to help make them comfortable. On Saturday nights we have vinyl DJs so the volume can be a bit louder and we can get a little busier than usual. It is up to you whether you think this is an appropriate time for your dog to join you on your visit.

children are welcome, but we must insist that they remain under close supervision at all times. 

Yes, a member of our team will be happy to bring one to you should you need it.

Whilst we aim to accommodate all booking requests, we are conscious that our space is small - with this in mind, we reserve the right to refuse enquiries that we believe are not suitable for our venue. 

Our upstairs room can accommodate 20 people sat comfortably across all tables, or 25 people if you want to squeeze in a few more and aren’t precious about your personal space (it’s cosy). There is an adjoining terrace which is accessible through the upstairs room, and can seat 10 for drinks.

Sunday to Thursday we can provide free private hire of the upstairs providing a minimum spend of £300.00 (raising to £500.00 for Friday + Saturday) is spent over the bar on food + drink. We require a £250.00 card pre authorisation to secure your booking, which will be debited from your account in the event of a ‘no-show’, a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or a failure to meet the minimum spend. 

No, our only bar is downstairs.

With a private booking of our upstairs room you are able to play your own music through our house speakers. However, we will help to keep the volume level appropriate out of respect to our lovely neighbours. The input is a 3.5mm mini jack. 

As per our license, our upstairs room must close at 23:00. Friday + Saturday you can carry on the party downstairs until 00:00. 

We can provide a buffet style food option for parties, a menu for this is available upon request, and can be worked to accommodate differing budgets. 

We are happy to bake a cake for your special occasion, providing we are afforded a week’s notice (please email for options). Failing that, you can bring your own plant-based and peanut-free cake, and pay a £10.00 cake corkage - we’ll provide the plates + napkins :-)

Our entire food menu, and everything sold across the bar is plant-based. On occasion drinks suppliers change ingredients/processes which render a product unsuitable for consumption by people following a vegan diet - in the instance that you notice we are carrying a product that you believe to contain animal products, please let us know so we can investigate.

We do our best to be able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. We follow careful protocols for the preparation of meals for diners with allergies, but we can of course never completely eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination. 

Much of our menu is free of gluten containing ingredients, and we have separate fryers for gluten and non-gluten items. We do not have any peanuts in our kitchen, and we do not sell any peanuts or peanut containing items over the bar. If you have another allergy or intolerance and plan to dine with us, please do give us a call or send over an email with some notice, so that we may have some time to ensure we are able to accommodate you as best we can!

When ordering at the bar, it is imperative that you let us know of any and all allergies or intolerances, even if you believe the dish to be free of your allergens. 

We have DJs every Saturday night playing exclusively vinyl. Whilst we have a pool of DJs we invite regularly to entertain our guests, we are always looking for new talent. This is especially true of people who belong to under represented groups.
